Financial Fraud: How Scammers Exploit Your Fear Of Getting Scammed

In the last 24 hours, we have been unable to gather any more signatures beyond the 90-odd mark. Even if a few more come through, it won’t make a significant impact. The organizations we are appealing to are giants in their industries, pioneers in their respective fields. Even a few thousand signatures are not enough to challenge their authority or influence.
My husband, sister, and I strongly believed in this petition and worked tirelessly to gather signatures from our immediate circles. However, it seems we’ve reached a point where we can do no more. Like everyone else, we have personal responsibilities and priorities, and we can’t dedicate endless time to this cause.
It’s starting to feel like this has become more of a personal mission for us rather than a global issue. Some people immediately understood the urgency and signed, while others required follow-ups due to their busy schedules. A few needed clarifications before signing, and despite multiple follow-ups and clarifications, some still chose not to sign.
Surprisingly, the groups formed for like-minded people, including relatives, friends, coworkers, and various communities, didn’t contribute a single signature. Despite being on good terms, there was no engagement with the group message unless we personally reached out to each individual.
I’m convinced that anyone who can gather signatures just by forwarding a message in a group must be an extraordinary person. 😄 Give it a try yourself!
The responsibility now lies with those who have already signed and understand the gravity of the situation. Unless more of you join hands with us, the three of us who believed in this petition won’t be able to take it any further.
I truly believe the suggestions in this petition have the power to challenge the negative impact of poorly developed technology. But we can’t move forward alone. Despite having limited reach, I’ll keep trying as long as I can. Technology is advancing at an alarming rate and exploiting humanity. Soon, it could contribute to the downfall of our society. When that time comes, at least the three of us, along with those who’ve tried separately, will be able to look back and say, “We did our best.”
