Demand for Re-Examination AEE APTRANSCO Over Draft Notification Leak, Out-of-Syllabus ques
The Issue
PETITION TO THE GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH
Subject: Request for Re-Examination of AEE Recruitment Examination 2026 in the Interest of Fairness, Transparency and Equal Opportunity.
To
The Hon'ble Chief Minister, Government of Andhra Pradesh
The Hon'ble Minister for Energy, Government of Andhra Pradesh
Energy Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh
APTRANSCO / APGENCO / APDISCOMs
We, the undersigned AEE aspirants and candidates, respectfully request the Government of Andhra Pradesh to intervene in the concerns arising from the AEE Recruitment Examination 2026 conducted for APTRANSCO, APGENCO and APDISCOMs.We request a transparent investigation and fresh re-examination in the interest of equal opportunity and the credibility of the recruitment process.
1.QUESTIONS CORRESPONDING TO THE ALLEGEDLY FAKE DRAFT NOTIFICATION
Before the official notification, a draft notification circulated among candidates. The authorities subsequently stated that such unofficial/fake information should not be relied upon and that candidates should follow the official notification. If that draft notification was fake/unofficial, how did questions corresponding to its syllabus/content appear in the actual AEE examination?Candidates have identified questions that appear to correspond to topics in the earlier draft but were not understood to be part of the final officially notified syllabus. We therefore request a question-wise investigation into the source and syllabus basis of such questions.
2. DIFFERENCE IN OUT-OF-SYLLABUS QUESTIONS ACROSS FOUR SHIFTS
The examination was conducted in four shifts. Candidates report that the number of allegedly out-of-syllabus questions differed substantially between shifts, approximately 5 to 12 questions. If all candidates were assessed under the same officially notified syllabus, why did the number of allegedly out-of-syllabus questions vary so significantly between shifts? This raises concerns regarding equal opportunity for candidates appearing in different shifts.
3. 90% OF FEMALE CANDIDATES ALLOTED FIRST SHIFT
Candidates have also raised concerns regarding the shift-wise allocation of female candidates, with an observation that approximately 90% of female candidates were allotted to the 1st shift. Why was there such a substantial concentration of female candidates in one shift, and what methodology was used for shift allocation? We request the Government to publish the shift-wise male/female candidate allocation data and clarify whether gender played any role in the allocation process.
4. UNFAIRNESS OF MULTI-SHIFT EXAMINATION
Number of Out of syllabus questions. varied in multiple shifts, how can normalisation makes fairness and equality among aspirants.
OUR REQUEST
We respectfully request the Government of Andhra Pradesh to:
1. Conduct an independent and transparent investigation into the above concerns.
2. Verify every question in all four shifts against the final officially notified syllabus.
3. Publish the shift-wise number of questions found to be outside the notified syllabus, if any.
4. Publish/clarify the methodology used for candidate allocation to the four shifts.
5. Examine whether the four shifts were comparable in syllabus coverage and difficulty.
6. Take appropriate corrective action if any substantial disparity or irregularity is established.
MAIN DEMAND: FRESH RE-EXAMINATION
CONDUCT A FRESH AND COMMON RE-EXAMINATION FOR ALL ELIGIBLE AEE CANDIDATES UNDER UNIFORM CONDITIONS IN SINGLE SHIFT.
Our Appeal
We humbly request the Hon'ble Government of Andhra Pradesh to consider the genuine concerns of AEE aspirants and take appropriate action before finalising the recruitment process.
Please Support genuine aspirants
