Petition Update for #Justice4DaisyAlford:
A violent, dangerous man continues to terrorize my 80-year-old disabled mother in Paulding County, Georgia. This photo is from his repeated malicious and reckless use of explosive fireworks, including throwing lit explosive fireworks into nearby woods. He is deliberately creating serious fire and public safety hazards that could spark wildfires and cause severe property damage, serious injuries and fatalities.
Since I first reported him in 2023 for intentionally and knowingly committing serious environmental crimes, he has relentlessly retaliated and caused substantial harm. His actions have inflicted immense pain on my family, with my mother suffering the most. Georgia’s "judicial" system has protected him, while local and state public safety agencies have built an impenetrable wall of protection around him, claiming "no laws" exist to stop him.
The FAILURE of public safety agencies to intervene and stop this violent, dangerous man demonstrates EXTREME indifference toward human life.
My environmental complaints against him (109287, 109818, 104425), the Restraining Order (Case #24-CV-003026) I filed against him and his criminal court records (Case #23-SC-000247) are all public record. I will update this petition with his name once we get justice for my mother. AND WE WILL GET JUSTICE!!
Our fight for justice has uncovered deeply troubling systemic failures in Georgia that put elderly and disabled individuals at extreme risk:
- No legal protections for individuals who report environmental crimes, leaving families to face relentless harassment and retaliation that could turn fatal.
- The “judicial” system failing to provide due process for elderly, disabled individuals seeking legal protection from violent, dangerous offenders.
- State agencies, including the GBI, refusing to assist Adult Protective Services, even when lives are at stake.
- Public safety agencies demonstrating extreme indifference and exploiting legal loopholes to prioritize explosive fireworks over human life, ignoring wildfire risks, fire hazards and dangers to public safety.
- State law on illegal burning not enforced, leaving individuals vulnerable to toxic smoke, smoke inhalation injuries, hazardous and carcinogenic chemicals, and serious fire hazards.
- Department of Human Services failing to follow protocol, ignoring life-threatening cases and failing to notify federal authorities of prosecutable federal crimes.
- Crucial reports from Adult Protective Services to Criminal Investigations Divisions of local law enforcement disappearing – with absolutely no accountability or follow-up.
- Extreme leniency for violent, dangerous offenders, leaving the elderly, women and disabled individuals with no legal protections and empowering violent offenders to repeatedly harm at will.
- Georgia’s Judicial Qualifications Commission (JQC) ignoring requests for status updates – raising serious questions about the commitment to upholding fairness, accountability, transparency, and responsiveness in the handling of JQC complaints and the judicial oversight process.
Elderly and disabled people face tremendous risks – not just in Georgia but across the U.S. Whether elderly individuals are aging in place, in assisted living facilities, or in nursing homes, our elders DESERVE to live out their remaining years in PEACE, SAFETY and DIGNITY. #Justice4DaisyAlford
