Thank you for your incredible support. We have exceeded 800 supporters and are approaching 1,000 signatures. Every signature counts and brings us one step closer to achieving justice for my mother. Please continue sharing the petition!

I appreciate your comments and share in your frustration. We are living a nightmare in Paulding County, Georgia where the legal system has elevated one individual above the law, allowing him to commit crimes without legal repercussions. This individual was charged on June 5, 2023 with Battery-Family Violence for punching his ex-girlfriend in the face causing substantial physical injury, and he then freely proceeded to cause substantial injury and harm to my elderly, disabled mother by repeatedly harassing and terrorizing us for several months, highlighting serious systemic failures in Georgia's judicial system.

Over the past 15 months, I have contacted numerous authorities, including Governor Brian Kemp, Attorney General Chris Carr, and Senators Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock, filed complaints with the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD), filed Congressional Inquiry with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and filed complaints with the U.S. Justice Department. Yet, no one has taken action to demand investigation into these systemic failures and crimes against elderly and disabled persons. The federal government did not even investigate the numerous federal environmental crimes committed by the individual.

Despite these challenges, I am determined to fight for my mother. Elderly people in America deserve to live their remaining years in peace, dignity and safety.

Please continue to use #Justice4DaisyAlford and share this update and petition across all social media, including Twitter (X), Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky, and other platforms. Word of mouth, emails and text messages are also very effective.

In due time, I will share photos, videos and other documentation – evidence that was disallowed by Paulding County Superior Court Chief Judge Dean Carlos Bucci. Please understand that we face real threats to our safety in Paulding County, so I must be cautious about releasing these materials publicly. In the interim, you can:

1. Read the multiple complaints I filed with Georgia EPD: 109287, 104425 and 109818.  The complaints are public record.

2. Read the petition I filed for the Restraining Order, which is public record. If the link is disabled, you may download a copy.

As you keep my mother and me in your thoughts and prayers, please remember the other Georgia residents facing toxic chemical exposure and other environmental dangers. As of today, 94,565 complaints have been filed with Georgia EPD, including 15,224 air quality complaints. I look forward to the day when I can get back to fighting for environmental justice for all Georgia residents.

Thank you, once again, for your incredible support! #Justice4DaisyAlford
