Can you imagine a city of 400,000 people asking for a new permit to build a pipe to carry it's sewage effluent to the Gulf of Mexico? Hah! The answer would be not just NO but HELL NO!!! Yet some of the richest men in the US (Koch brothers) get permits to build pipes and carry industrial waste right into the richest fishery in the Eastern Gulf. All the sewage from a major city would not be as bad as the dioxin-contaminated waste from Buckeye. Why on earth would the governor or anyone with half a brain think that this is a good idea?
