Resident collated list of common issues for rectification

[This update is for the developer and condo management]

In addition to the exorbitant increase in maintenance fees, the residents have collated a list of common issues ranging from common area problems to security lapses. These issues were observed and recorded by residents since the move into the condominium over time. 

We call upon the developer and condo management to address the list of issues in the Google sheet. The Google sheet will be produce upon the request of the developer or management by any resident who has access to it.
