Prime purpose of EarlySafe is to inform general public, most of them are not able to read english, urdu or even some are not able to read at all. So we implement The CAP protocol partialy instead of deploying all standerds.

CAP provides an open, non-proprietary digital message format for all types of alerts and notifications. It does not address any particular application or telecommunications method. CAP allows a consistent warning message to be disseminated simultaneously over many different warning systems, thus increasing warning effectiveness while simplifying the warning task.
