Dear supporters to our petition, 

Thank you again for signing our petition calling for transparency and fairness in Kurt Dennis' termination case. There have been some critical new developments I want to update you on.

Recently, some one-on-one meetings took place between Dr. Marrero, DPS staff, and community members about Kurt's termination. These meetings raised serious concerns.

With the consent of Kurt Dennis and his attorney David Lane, we are now publicly releasing information to ensure complete transparency and correct facts are shared with the public and school board as they consider this decision.

The link here contains Kurt's response letter rebutting the allegations made against him. You will also find the data on McAuliffe's performance and equity metrics, along with Kurt's outstanding performance evaluations from the last three years.

Facts matter when deciding to terminate a dedicated, effective principal who has served DPS for 12 years, especially after he voiced concerns over dangerous district policies. Truth and transparency are vital. Manipulating facts and retaliating against those who speak up are not effective leadership qualities.
