This scandal just keeps getting more salacious every day.  Now reports suggest that there was, according the multiple news outlets, a mysterious lobbyist working behind the scenes of this corrupt Greenbelt deal.  Only problem is, he was never registered as a lobbyist and yes, that’s illegal. Multiple sources have identified this individual as former Clarington mayor, John Mutton.
