A former boss of mine once said something I've never forgotten.  He said, a value is only truly held if you're willing to sacrifice something for it. And it's true. We all know people who are quick to "like" a cause on Facebook but when asked to make a real commitment of time, energy or money, they quickly shy away.  

Not you! You stepped up!

Ford wouldn't understand people like us. People with values that we're willing to sacrifice for.
