Petition updateDemand Dental Reform: Protect MA Patients from Medical NegligenceBoard Order Violation by Same Surgeon

We’ve just discovered that the same oral surgeon who harmed my father was already under a disciplinary order from the Minnesota Board of Dentistry.

That order explicitly prohibited him from sedating high-risk patients  like my father without medical clearance.

👉 On July 15, 2025, he sedated my father, who has a known history of heart attack and a stent, without that clearance, violating the Board’s 2024 conditions.

Since that day, my father has suffered constant pain and symptoms of nerve damage. We’ve ruled out everything — through ER visits, CT scans, and toxicology testing. A respected dentist confirmed that timely surgical intervention is needed to prevent permanent damage.

Yet the system delays. Deflects. Sends us back to the same provider.

This is no longer just about one patient. It’s about accountability.

If board orders can be ignored without consequence, how many more families will go through this?
