Whilst we only have the power to demand Dan Norris resigns, there is potentially another way. That is an amendment to the Recall of MPs Act.

Currently it is only triggered if an MP receives a custodial prison sentence, a Commons suspension or false allowances claims.

To address Dan Norris' situation, we need to include a ban to the parliamentary estate to that list.
