I was employed as a pharmacy technician at CVS Health, dedicating my skills and hard work to the company. However, despite my commitment, I have faced unfair treatment. I was wrongfully terminated in 2024 without any prior notification, leaving me without a source of income. Moreover, I did not receive more than 59 hours of vacation pay that I was duly entitled to and had requested numerous times.

This experience has been deeply disappointing, as CVS Health prides itself on being a company that values its employees with competitive benefits, including bonuses, shares, and healthcare benefits. Unfortunately, my personal experience reflects a stark contrast to these promises.

I am not alone in this. Many technicians have experienced similar issues - whether it be unpaid vacation hours, lack of transparency in bonuses promised, or wrongful termination. We work hard every day, often under pressure, to ensure that every customer receives the best service and care. It is only fair that we receive the compensation and respect that we were promised.

CVS Health should live up to its commitments by ensuring that all employee benefits are honored and transparent. This includes timely communication about any employment changes, proper compensation for all hours worked, including vacation hours, and clear guidelines regarding bonuses and shares.

Our ask is simple yet essential:
1. Reinstate our employment rights and honor the vacation and bonus benefits we have earned.
2. Improve transparency and communication regarding employee benefits and employment status.
3. Establish a clear and fair process to address grievances related to wrongful terminations and unpaid benefits.
