The San Antonio City Council is meeting now in Special Session to decide on a "vote of no confidence" measure against Councilman Perry.

The City Charter does not authorize the Council to force Perry out until after he is found guilty of criminal charges. Although he has been indicted, a verdict is not likely to be rendered for months.

We must demand a recall election since he refuses to step down.
