BIG WIN IN SAN DIEGO COURT TODAY AGAINST CALIFORNIA'S RESTRICTIVE SCHOOL CLOSURES!

The judge granted request for a temporary restraining order against the State.

The State is prohibited from:
1) Applying and enforcing the January 2021 Framework (4ft spacing, stable groups, etc)
2) Applying and enforcing anything similar that includes the provisions of the January 2021 Framework
3) Applying and enforcing the Safety Review Request Decisions (i.e. the denial of our waivers) from March 7, 2021.

San Diego School Districts are ORDERED to appear on March 30 to show why they cannot reopen their schools for in-person instruction to the greatest extent possible at the earliest practicable time.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to the parents who courageously came forward to share their children's experiences as a result of school closures. Thank you.
