Please see the attached image - As you can see, the building is indeed condemned and we have confirmed that it was housing individuals overnight yesterday. This is totally unacceptable in a confirmed condemned building. The Town of Brookhaven is well aware of this issue as their FOIL request (attached) shows - yet it is allowed to exist. Suffolk County is well aware of this issue as well - they condemned the building in the first place!
