Everyone loves getting a great deal. Saving money is a priority, now more than ever. What is more important than that? Time. After a long three years of isolation, missed moments with friends and family, lost opportunities, we are finally free to once again recapture those precious experiences. 

Across the US, customers like myself rely on air travel to safely and reasonably transport us to our destinations. We look forward with anticipation to making our connections with the understanding that in order to do so, we accept certain conditions and flexibility when choosing a low-cost carrier. 

What is not acceptable is the way Frontier Airlines abuses and more often than not, robs it's customers of time and money. I have found countless stories that describe unprofessional customer service to none at all, excessive fees and penalties that appear to be decided on the whims of Frontier Airlines representatives. Numerous cancelled or delayed flights and connections with zero explanation and without offer of compensation. Frontier Airline's solution to this is to rebook and re-charge. This is not acceptable.

While Frontier does provide a lengthy, mind-boggling explanation of it's terms and conditions, it is clearly meant to benefit the corporation not the customer. Because after all, it's about profits not professionalism.

I'm demanding Frontier Airlines be held accountable and acknowledge that its customers time and experience with them should be just as valuable as it's profit margin.
