IG Allowing Video Streaming RMHS Fights

A student at RMHS has taken to Instagram show casing fights at school. (RM Fight Page). One of those videos is of the assault that happened that started this petition.  This video was taken by other students who stood, watched and laughed as the assault went on.  Top right video. On the page. This video is short compared to the security recording the school possesses.
