The Clock is Ticking ... December 6 Deadline!!!

We see you enjoying the sunshine on the Sheep Meadow. If 50 West 66th Street gets built the way the developer wants, that will be a thing of the past. This link explains the danger to those new to this petition.

Let's face it, City agencies are not working on our behalf. In the courts, we are seeing success! This approach is costly, but  it is worth it! The precedents set in these cases matter Citywide. 

The Landmark West! appeal against the 775-foot tall, but only 39 story, tower slated for 50 West 66th Street to the BSA was denied in January. In order to file an Article 78 -- the appeal to the Supreme Court -- Landmark West! had to wait for the written decision. It was just released and they have until December 6th to file!
