These bills would:

• NC-PBPA: Uphold a parent's fundamental right to be involved in their child's education and healthcare decisions.
• NC-MIORA: Give parents the power to remove their minor child’s personal information from websites and online services.
• NC-FPCCE & NC-CCEIS: Foster better partnerships between parents and schools, and standardize information to make sure parents have access to critical records.
• NC-ICCPA: Reinforce honesty and integrity in our civil legal system, especially in cases involving families.
