Toshi.bet is an unlicensed online cryptocurrency casino and sportsbook that operates without traditional identity verification. The platform focuses on privacy and fast transactions, primarily using blockchain technology for deposits and withdrawals. Operating or promoting Toshi.bet in Tennessee is illegal because it is an unlicensed platform. Under the Tennessee Sports Gaming Act, any entity accepting wagers on sporting events or promoting must hold a state-issued license from the Tennessee Sports Wagering Council (SWC). These actions have been reported to the Clarksville Police Department but unfortunately they claim that no actions can be done with them stating that they are worried that their computers will receive a virus if they investigate Toshi.bet and because they are technologically incompetent. Below will be evidence of him promoting on Tennessee soil as you’ll see one of the locations as the Governor’s Square Mall in Clarksville.
