I wanted to share a news break article that was published last week that shares more  information behind the cause. 

News Break-Parents Accuse School Board & Administration of Ignoring Abuse Involving Special Needs Children

Sharing because this is truth. This is real life. 
Whitley County Consolidated Schools administration says they have a “no bullying policy”. 
Apparently that policy only applies when it fits their “agenda.” Or you are a student of well known family in the community, or a student that shows great potential in brining some type on monetary value to the cooperation.

So many parents have started speaking up about their child being bullied or abused. When they bring it up to administrators they are met with roadblocks. 
WHY do we expect our kids to tolerate this abuse. When as adults we are told to stand up for ourselves. 
High school me was shy, timid, naïve, a people pleaser and could never say no. 

Adult me. Has learned from my mistakes and I will teach my kids to stand up for themself. NO MATTER WHAT! Because if someone did that to me or his father at work. You bet we would defend ourselves. 
Children deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Even when it comes to discipline.
