I knew I would be returning soon to share this update: we have officially reached 500 signatures! 💪🏿 This means we are now fewer than 500 signatures away from reaching our next goal. Yes 1,000 signatures 🙏🏿👏🏿

I am also excited to announce that we now have volunteers committed to collecting in-person signatures for the recall petition, as well as three additional volunteers for our new write-in District Attorney effort—with more joining as we speak.

Please remember: the recall petition is designed to draw the attention of outside officials. The rest of this movement is about giving the people of Wyandotte County their voice back. When promises are not kept, we should have the right to address those concerns and work toward a solution. Otherwise, what is the purpose of voting?

The only way to increase voter turnout is to show non-voters that votes do matter. Help us demonstrate that—so non-voters can become confident, engaged voters.
