680 days of begging for investigation to get justice for these children!

Its been 680 days since the sexual abuse,  expliotation, and trafficking of a 2 and 3 year old was reported. Martinsburg Police Department is supposed to investigate due to jurisdiction. They did not notify the proper authorities to involve them in investigation nor follow the federal guidelines for investigation. 680 days of retraumatization of these children l, and so many more children in these same shoes. The damage cannot be undone nor unseen!
