I would like to thank everyone for their support

 I had a meeting yesterday on 10/13/26 to discuss whether an appeal was a possibility. It is unfortunately not. There's no action I can take that will lead to Tyle Finley's sentence being increased. The best thing that could have happened in this case was preventing the tragedy, but that can't be done when people don't want to make reports or call the proper authorities. Additionally, the proper authorities need to respond appropriately, which they did not. I hope everyone learns from this case that if you see or hear something that may be child abuse, you need to say something. 

 All I can do now is ask for continued support in this fight to make a difference in Nicole's name. At the moment, I'm unsure of what route I'm going to take next. I would like to connect with organizations who can help me with this. I would also like for everyone to write to Tyler Lawrence Finley when I gain access to his mailing address. Please.
