ETA’s PA lawsuit is moving forward, with an expected hearing as early as January.

• Ongoing forensic analysis shows repeat non-human voting patterns across multiple states.
• Florida preparations continue as serious findings emerge.
• With the midterms approaching, verification must happen before, not after.
• A hand count is about verification, not overturning results. If the results are correct, a hand count confirms them. Transparency builds trust.
