Minister Mokaila has said: “President Masisi has already assigned me to start engaging with the USA, the people of Botswana want to benefit from their wildlife”.
He blames Western counterparts for shutting down elephant hunting and ivory trade markets but ignores the twenty-nine African countries in the African Elephant Coalition who do not agree with the utelization of elephants.
