I just stumbled on this forum post by @DellCare from the Scandinavian department of Dell: http://www.sweclockers.com/forum/post/15819358 It can roughly be translated into: "I have been informed that there would be multiple configurations with FHD screen in late January. I have no exact date yet." So seems like luck might be with us! Yay! :D
