<!--[if !supportLists]--> <!--[endif]-->I want to eliminate the burden on the individual to show good cause when applying for a concealed weapon permit in Los Angeles County. I would like to see the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s review process of applications for concealed weapon permits to be revised to publish the prohibited categories. If an applicant does not fall into a prohibited category, the applicant should be successful in receiving the permit.
