Meeting with CCBC tomorrow

We are meeting with Tim Stephens from the planning department at Caerphilly County Borough Council tomorrow. I have asked Pegasus Group, who are acting as planning consultants on behalf of the applicant and main developer (German company Gildemeister Energy) if they have power to request that work on site stops to prioritise replanting. They have commented "The Council have confirmed that the development has been implemented in accordance to the planning permission." I have been unable to reach the contact at Gildemeister to date although details of this petition have been emailed to him. I will update further following tomorrow's meeting. Sadly, replanting does not appear to be an immediate concern or priority for any of the parties involved.
