FREE the Grapes !

As a voter of  Delaware, and one who can legally drink alcohol, I believe I should be able to have wine shipped directly to my home without having to obtain a permit.  I am asking you to support reasonable, regulated direct shipping of wine in 2017 and fix Delaware’s new unworkable law on winery-to-consumer shipments.

Please work with fellow legislators who support the expansion of consumer choice in Delaware. There are more than 8,000 wineries in the U.S., at least one in each state. It is logistically impossible for wholesalers and retailers to stock and sell wines from these mostly family–owned and operated wineries. For Delawareans to have a true free market and the ability to have wines they want sent directly to their homes, we need to fix the law.
