This petition was started because some residents of Ridley Township have caught wind that Barnaby's of Ridley is in the process of selling their property to a group that is trying to get the land re-zoned as tax free.

The group buying this land is said to want to use the back rooms for worship and the front of the establishment for a soup kitchen, busing people in from Philadelphia and surrounding areas.

The loss of taxes on this property is estimated at around $60,000 a year if this is approved. If you are against this property being re-zoned to tax-free, please sign this petition.
