DAPSS staff, students and families would like to have Margie Lopez Waite removed from the school board and the possibility of becoming head of school. She has  implanted herself onto the school board and then to become the Head of School so that she can use the Colonial School District to start her high school and get rid of the public safety aspect from DAPSS. At no point in time did Margie relay that she was gonna to fire 22 teachers who have created bonds with these students and promote Public Safety careers. We need all staff, students, parents and members of the community to come together to save DAPSS which is to get students interested in careers in public safety and become the next generation of FireFighters, Police Officers and Emergency Medical Technicians.
