We wanted to let you know that the Court continued James Avery’s status hearing on his competency evaluation from tomorrow to Tuesday, January 30, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. Georgia Regional has not yet provided a final report on Mr. Avery’s competency and the Court must wait on the final report until it can continue Mr. Avery’s probation revocation hearing. We will continue to keep everyone updated as we are updated from Georgia Regional and the Court, but, again, there is not a status hearing tomorrow in James Avery’s matter.
