Commissioner Jim Clark should be removed from overseeing MCAS. It has been over a year and half since Jim Clark started overseeing the shelter. He has failed to make any improvements at the shelter. A new shelter director was hired that has no experience running a shelter. Together Mr Clark and Dr Hayden have dismantled the life saving system that once saved so many. Volunteers and fosters have either been ignored or berated by the director. The budget has grown and the animals are still not receiving basic care. Shelter pets and taxpayers deserve better!!
