exactly why this petition is so critical. The current placement for my
niece has deteriorated into unsafe, unsanitary, and wholly
unacceptable conditions; conditions no child should ever be expected to
endure. This failure of oversight is not a small oversight or simple
mistake; it is a profound breach of duty by those entrusted with a
child’s safety and welfare.
This is the very system we are fighting to reform. This is why CASA & DCYF
must be held accountable.
