The SOAS 2 have 1,000 people on their side and that number keeps growing. Thank you for signing, sharing and promoting the petition - every extra signature shows the Crown Prosecution Service that there is public support for the SOAS 2 and growing interest in this case. This will help to increase the pressure and scrutiny on the courts, police and the British state and remind them that getting a conviction will not be an easy ride.
Our goal is to generate as much public interest as possible before the first Magistrate Court hearing for Sarah on 24 March, to press the CPS to drop the charges against her and the ongoing investigation into the other SOAS student comrade. Please keep sharing the petition in your networks and let's get to 2,000 signatures by Monday.
An open letter to the CPS signed by supportive individuals and organisations has been published by FRFI here: https://frfi.org.uk/middle-east/palestine/open-letter-hands-off-the-soas-2/
