Sen. Bob Smith recently acknowledged that the beach fee policy could be up for discussion, stating: “Maybe we’ll kick the tires on ending all beach fees… we’ll put it up for discussion.”
We believe now is the time to formally push for a review of beach fees and explore alternative funding sources for beach maintenance and services.

- Write to your local representatives and express your support for ending beach fees.
- Link your reps with our petition and share your thoughts on why it’s important to ensure our shores remain accessible to all.
