Spoke with Natalies Attorney today Brett Swab. He believes she should be in Jail & may Stay there as long as the judge wants her to for using her Medical Card because he also seemed to act as though Medical Cannabis is a recreational drug ! He said he is not going to talk to the judge because doesn't want to make the judge mad ? Im confused if he is Defending his client Natalie or the Court ? So the justice system even on a State Level believe in Criminalizing Medical Cannabis Patients by arguing it is Not a Medication but an Illegal Substance! So is Medical Cannabis a Medication or an Illegal Drug same as Heroin, LSD etc......? Its Legal or its Not Legal ? Its legal for Some Card Holders but Not Others ? Its an Illegal Drug With a Medical Card or Isn't it ? If its for Medical purposes it shouldnt be looked at any Differently than High Blood Pressure Medication or Diabetes Medication. This an Injustice against Society and Currently an injustice on a young womans Entire Future .
