Hi everyone,

Just wanted to give a quick update on what’s happened over the last couple of days — and it’s honestly been unbelievable.

Since launching this petition, it has gained way more traction than I ever expected. We’ve had:

📰 Newspaper coverage – including the Daily Mirror, front page of the Irish Star, and a feature in the Irish Mirror.

📻 Radio interviews – I was live on Newstalk, and this morning I was interviewed live on Cork 96FM.

💬 Widespread social media discussion – people all across the country are talking about it.

I’ve also been in contact with my local TD about bringing this forward politically — and genuinely, with the momentum behind this, we actually have a chance of making this happen.

But to push it to the next stage, I need a few more signatures. The more public support we can show, the stronger the case will be when I bring it formally to my TD.
