As an educator and MSU alum, of course this latest shooting is personal. But they all are. And I'm exhausted by it. This American sickness, and the apathy and corruption that fosters it. This petition has been up for so many years, I've forgotten, and still not even 5000 people will sign a statement of the obvious. We are being terrorized by our own politicians--the fascist GOP that is owned by the NRA. And we're just lying down for more of it.
