Court Orders Reconsideration On Petition To Protect Yellowstone Bison Under Endangered Species Act

U.S. District Court Judge Randolph D. Moss issued an order today siding with Buffalo Field Campaign, Western Watersheds Project, and the advocacy group’s attorneys, Friends of Animals, who sued the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service for unlawfully dismissing evidence Yellowstone bison may warrant protection under the Endangered Species Act.
