If you have a credit card you are no more obligated to submit proof of travelling to activate the international transactions limit for your credit card.
This can be considered as a good move for credit card users and generally as a move from the CBE to reduce the limits on any type of Egyptian Payment Cards (Prepaid-Debit-Credit) gradually.

But still the main reason for this petition is not met yet.
