Today, Ponce's owner, Travis Archer, entered an open plea of "no contest" to the felony animal cruelty charges against him in the horrific killing of Ponce, his 9-month old lab pup, in April, 2017. This case will now be set for sentencing before the Honorable Sandra C. Upchurch.
