Today marks the one year anniversary of the death of Ponce, a 9-month old lab puppy, beaten to death in a horrific way by his owner. Much has transpired in this past year. They say behind every dark cloud is a silver lining. That silver lining is Ponce's Law SB 1576!!! How fitting for this bill to be passed before this day. The current criminal case is pending a ruling in the appellate court before returning back to the lower courts. This petition will continue on until the day of justice comes for this horrific crime against a voiceless, innocent puppy by his owner. We won't rest until justice is served!!
