Today, on National Puppy Day, Governor Rick Scott signed into law our bill Ponce's Law!!! We are just waiting to hear on if he will also do a ceremonial bill signing also...will keep you posted!!! It's a great day for Ponce and all the animals here in Florida!!! And it's a VERY HAPPY NATIONAL PUPPY DAY!
