Ponce's Law is currently with the Senate Staff to make a few changes, giving it the best chance possible to pass. It should be filed in the next month or so and once it is filed it becomes a "House Bill" and can be followed online. I will post the bill once its filed here to the petition site for all to see and it will be named "Ponce's Law" on behalf of Ponce and all animals!
