The Amendment to F.S. 828.12 (2)(a)(b) is now OUT of drafting and in the hands of the State Representative that is sponsoring it. They will make any last minute changes they deem necessary and then the Amendment will be filed as a House Bill named Ponce's Law for the upcoming 2018 Session.
