** Bhadra Case Update ** We have some great news- MGR university had set up a committee to decide on the quantum of penalty amount to be paid by each student for the crime they have committed. The university has ordered the students to pay Rs. 2 Lakhs EACH as penalty to the AWBI. This is definitely a step forward in the right direction by the University , setting an example for other Universities as well. However , the case we have filed against the students is still pending in Court and we are confident that they will get the punishment they deserve. Antony Rubin is working on it to make sure that the penalty amount of Rs.4 Lakhs reaches the right hands to help animals who are suffering on the streets.
