My heart can give so much more now that I am free from my own personal trauma. I said, “free from trauma not drama.” New task and assignments presents itself regularly. How we react can create trauma (pain) or drama (child’s play) or more karma. Your heart can be repaired it just takes time. Check in with the voice inside it will guide you through the pain or it will break you down into unrecognizable pieces. THE GOOD THINGS IS YOU HAVE THE FREE WILL TO DECIDE WHICH THOUGHTS WILL HOLD THE MOST WEIGHT....Let’s Elevate Together!
